STUDIO APARTMENTS - Queen Bed
The studio apartments feature a tastefully furnished room with queen-sized bed and sitting area with open plan, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.

ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS - Queen Bed + Sofa Bed
The one bedroom apartments feature a separate bedroom with queen sized bed, a tastefully furnished combined lounge-dining room, a separate fully- equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.

TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS - Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds + Sofa Bed
The two bedroom apartments feature a main bedroom with queen sized bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, a comfortably furnished lounge dining room, a separate fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.

A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY APPIES TO ALL RESERVATIONS

Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras

• Extra Adults: Add A$30/night for one additional guest in a Sofa Bed in 1 and 2 bedroom apartments (no sofa bed in Studio Apartments).
• Infants: A cot can be provided at no extra charge. Baby sitting service and a Baby Bath are also available on request.
• Cleaning: Daily maid service is included in the tariff. Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra cost
• Internet: Data ports are available in each Apartment. Broadband Cable Internet is available from rooms at a rate of A$22/day or A$100 per week.
• Meals: There is a waterfront barbecue recreation area available for guest use. Limited room service is available from Sails Seafood Restaurant (adjacent to the Hotel and one of Sydney’s best). Open for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Continental Lunch Box Breakfast Baskets can be provided by the hotel from A$12.50/person.
• Parking: Complimentary car parking for one car per apartment.
• Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A taxi from the airport will cost approx A$60-A$70.
• Location: 2a Henry Lawson Avenue McMahons Point, NSW 2060. (North of the Harbour Bridge, opposite Luna Park).
• Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 7 am till 11pm (check in outside of these hours can be arranged).
• Check-In: Check-in is after 2pm (luggage can be stored if your arrival is earlier than 2pm and your room is not yet available). Check-Out is before 10am (later check-out can be arranged but may involve an extra fee - speak to the hotel after check-in).

High Season and Special Event Periods

• Rates quoted are low season rates. Special pricing, booking procedures, and minimum stay requirements may apply during special event times including Christmas / New Year, Easter, School Holidays, Catholic Week and other high season times.
